Pastikan Harga Sesuai HET, Pemprov Riau Bakal Pasang Plang Penanda di Toko Pengecer Minyakita

Brominemedia.com – Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Riau berencana memasang plang penanda di toko-toko yang ditunjuk sebagai pengecer resmi minyak goreng merek Minyakita. Plang ini akan memuat informasi kewajiban pengecer menjual minyak goreng tersebut sesuai Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET).

Konsep plang seperti ini sudah diterapkan pada pangkalan gas elpiji 3 kilogram, di mana HET Minyakita akan tercantum jelas di plang tersebut.

“Rencana kita kedepan seperti itu, di pengecer itu dipasang plang dengan harapan tidak ada lagi pengecer yang menjual Minyakita di atas HET,” ujar Kepala Bidang Pengawasan Industri, Perlindungan Konsumen, dan Tertib Niaga Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UKM Provinsi Riau, Ahyu Suhendra, Jumat (24/1/2025).

Ahyu menambahkan, informasi HET sebenarnya sudah tercetak di kemasan minyak goreng merek Minyakita, tetapi keberadaan plang di depan toko pengecer diharapkan bisa memperkuat pengawasan dan dapat menjadi pedoman bagi konsumen untuk mendapatkan harga minyakita yang sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan pemerintah.

“Kalau ada plang di depan toko pengecer, masyarakat akan lebih yakin bahwa harga yang dijual sesuai aturan,” jelasnya.

Sebab diakuinya, saat pihaknya melakukan pengawasan di lapangan, masih ditemukan pedagang di pasar yang menjual Minyakita di atas HET. 

Ia menduga, toko-toko tersebut bukan pengecer resmi yang ditunjuk oleh distributor. Melainkan pedagang pasar yang membeli minyakita ke pengecer.

“Bisa jadi mereka membelinya dari pengecer resmi, lalu menjualnya kembali dengan harga lebih tinggi,” katanya.

Ahyu menegaskan, seluruh pengecer resmi yang telah ditunjuk distributor wajib menjual Minyakita sesuai HET, yakni Rp15.700 per liter. Harga tersebut telah diatur dan ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, sehingga tidak boleh ada pelanggaran.

“Harga yang dijual ke konsumen harus sesuai HET. Pengecer tidak boleh menjual di atas HET,” tegasnya.
